Our senior grinding/machining technicians and craftsmen have gained their extensive knowledge by working with most of the large, medium, and small quartz and ceramic companies in Silicon Valley. To compliment this further, we provide apprentice programs for new hires so they can quickly gain the key elements necessary to process each component on a variety of machines and operations.

AIC’s management and technical staff include seasoned veterans of the advanced ceramics industry, with a heavy emphasis on the Semiconductor, Electronic, and General Industrial and Technical industries. We provide design review and consulting aimed at ensuring the configuration is suitable for prototype manufacturing through high volume manufacturing processes and all steps in between.
